At Jenn Bloomer LMT, we value your time and strive to provide high-quality, professional massage therapy services. Because appointment time is reserved specifically for each client, we maintain a clear and consistent cancellation and refund policy.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes.

  • Cancellations made 12 or more hours in advance: No fee will be charged
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment: A cancellation fee may apply
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50%–100% of the service cost, depending on circumstances

This policy ensures fairness to both clients and the therapist, as last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from booking that time slot.

3. No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is defined as:

  • Failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice, or
  • Not showing up within a reasonable time frame (typically 15–20 minutes late without communication)

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Late Arrival Policy

We understand that delays happen. However:

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment
  • The full session fee will still apply regardless of reduced time

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to ensure a full session experience.

5. Refund Policy

a. Completed Services

  • All services rendered are non-refundable
  • Once a massage session has been completed, no refunds will be issued

b. Deposits (if applicable)

  • Any booking deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the 12-hour window or in the case of a no-show

c. Prepaid Sessions / Packages

  • Prepaid services or packages are non-refundable once purchased
  • In some cases, unused sessions may be transferred or credited at the discretion of management

6. Service Satisfaction

Your comfort and satisfaction are important. If you experience any concerns during your session, please communicate with your therapist immediately so adjustments can be made.

Refunds are not issued for subjective dissatisfaction after a completed session, but we may offer:

  • Service adjustments
  • Future booking credit (case-by-case basis)

7. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be considered in rare or emergency situations, such as:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Therapist-initiated cancellations

All exceptions are handled at the sole discretion of Jenn Bloomer LMT.
