Booking & Appointments
Appointments can be booked online through our website booking system or by contacting us directly during business hours.
Same-day appointments may be available depending on our schedule. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
If you need to change your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
Choosing the Right Massage
If you're experiencing chronic pain, muscle tension, or limited mobility, Therapeutic Massage may be the best choice. For relaxation and stress relief, Relaxation Massage is ideal. Specialized options are also available for prenatal and oncology care.
Yes. Every massage is personalized to your goals, comfort level, and areas of concern.
Yes. Prenatal Massage is available in 45- and 60-minute sessions and is designed to provide safe, supportive care during pregnancy.
Yes. Oncology Massage is carefully adapted to meet each client's unique needs and comfort level.
Choosing Your Session
Session length depends on your goals. Shorter sessions are great for targeted areas, while longer sessions allow for more comprehensive treatment and deeper relaxation.
